ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో ఎన్నికల నోటిఫికేషన్ మార్చిలో విడుదల అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉందని రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన ఎన్నికల అధికారి ముకేష్ కుమార్ మీనా తెలిపారు. ముందస్తు ఎన్నికలు జరుగుతాయన్న వార్తల నేపథ్యంలో కీలక అంశాన్ని వెల్లడించారు.
